  • I came to Robert due to extreme tightness in my between my shoulder blades, mid back. The tension built up with stress, and even sometimes caused breathlessness. I had been receiving weekly massages on this area of my back, which felt great, but the tension always came back. Robert assessed me and noted tension in my neck and jaw. My jaw has been cracking for years, and I had been grinding at night. Over 4-6 session, first weekly, then every two weeks… Robert worked on my jaw, neck and tailbone. At first it was quite tender, but session to session it felt easier and easier. In the 5th session I think, I noticed that the tension in my mid back was not really there at all… and my jaw was not clicking or cracking. It hasn’t returned.
